This is one of the best selling cake fillings of my life and is an incredible success everywhere it goes.

Ingredients:
200g heavy cream
2 sifted egg yolks
395g condensed milk
100g ninho milk
For ganache
100g semi-sweet chocolate
50g heavy cream
