    Great video, Doc. I would like to see some studies in the future on Night shift workers and creatine monohydrate. That would be a great idea for further research considering how sleep deprivation affects night shift workers especially us working in the health care department. All the best!

    Been playing Ice hockey for 40+ years and now at 60, I can say that creatine was the one supplement that actually benefited my recovery between shifts. Game changer for sure.

    I am confused. You are saying Creatine is amazing for energy, muscles, bones, brain, yet you said it has minimum effect unless you are exercising heavily. Is that correct? Did I misunderstand?

      "Heavily" is not really the correct word. Intensity is key.

    Can a young child drinking? If she’s not hungry I’ll add a bit of “ Chocolate milk” to her fairlife milk for protein, what about a gram or two of creatine

    "Creatine-supplementation reduces sleep need and homeostatic sleep pressure in rats"
    CS significantly decreased total sleep time and non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep during the light (inactive) but not during the dark (active) period.
