For the life of me, I can't figure out why EG didn't rework the Salamanders mission (not that they need it). You should make a Scoria deck with the new cards, he's fun to play again
Found your decklist and i'll be honest man i've been struggling with Vulkan always having a loosing streak but i used your deck and suddenly it was from 1W - 10L to now 5W- 4L which...isn't actually that bad it's an improvement for sure. I'm missing cards like Command Bridge (Swapped for Critical/Crucial Choice), Drilling site and i only have X1 Disciple of the Flame and no Mount Deathfire (I subbed for prometian awakening) and i don't have Thi daemon (Subbed for 9E Sicarian Flank which honestly works just as well) . Though that begs the question because i have that Medic card, not the libraian though. But what would you sub out for the Medic?

I would remove the techmarine instead maybe or remove the crucial choice for the medic!!
