- In this 'Design with Me' video I'm working on a Client Welcome Packet template for Virtual Assistants. The template was created in A4 but I'd like to make it available in US Letter too. So, in this video I'll show you how I'd adjust an A4 template so that it looks great in US Letter too.

Hi Michelle 🙂, do you think it would be possible to have a full video on how to modify a Canva template that we already sell on Etsy? (I found an error in one page). Does the first link sold (in the PDF) change if we modify the document in our Canva? Should we send customers the new version of the document we've just corrected?
This is a great question, thanks Sonia. If you edit the original template (the one connected to the link you share) then the template changes for anyone new who clicks the link. However, it won't change for people who have already clicked the link and added the template to their Canva account. So, I love your idea of sending the customers who've previously purchased it a message saying that you've updated it. Firstly, it shows that you care. Secondly it'll put you front of mind again.
