I'm surprised they didn't loop Percy since that's basically the only way to kite him lol. Also I recommend to bring Teleport instead of Peeper as downed survs will just crawl away from the peeper anyway, and with Teleport you can quickly switch to another cipher after downing someone or teleport to the nearest cipher where the downed surv was healed.

ohh teleport is like old style percy, the new one is peeper, since it's small map, peeper work better than teleport
Peeper is not for downed surv, but for downing surv super fast because you can see surv behind the wall and dont afraid to pass through pallets. If u using teleport, u will always try attack surv when pass a pallet eventho surv just trying to loop you forever

Percy is op bcs he can counter many survivor(example prisoner painter enchantress,etc) he also counter some meta character(example forward mercenary) many people say he is weak but I think he is op hunter in rank

I don’t agree with Percy being OP as he still gets shredded my the meta survs, however I can respect your opinion. Although Percy does counter stunners and some rescuers he still gets demolished by priest, seer, perfumer, prisoner, grave keeper, etc.

Whoever said Percy was weak, why the heck would u think that.....Percy can literally break the pallets by just using the attack animation and ka-boom and you can’t really pallet stun him and yk stunners are yk op but it’s no longer op against the Percy
the problem if the survivor got 1 or more decoders, percy really weak against the cipher rush
Because despite Percy having really good mid game chase, he has little ciph pressure, and a horrendous end game.

his second ability has a higher chance of missing than hitting someone and is easy to bait and dodge
this thing as if that were not enough He can do absolutely nothing in the endgame with the door open in front of his face and the Dungeon still
The ability to change the position of the Dungeon is so useful that they go in your face while you change it and you are left with depression. And well the jumps sometimes help as much as they harm.
Percy can be good at things like, I don't know. make stunners and rescuers useless and not worry about camping, but in so many things. It's a complete Trash character in most of the time

I totally agree with - opinion the 13 undead
some dungeon spawns are way too close too each other though like in lakeside with the mid and shore dungeons and some parts of other maps like arms factory i think with the mid and under factory dungeons, etc. plus then animation is kind of slow..

The second ability doesn’t sucks that much if timed right and if you stay over 50 energy looping isn’t a thing against him. (Ex first percy, Not|Gumball)

there was a hunter in COA5 CN that used him, LHP (in an interview w/ ivlychee) said percy was an interesting character, and the meta being support reliant and less decoders being used, who knows how good he is la ;-;

His big minus that was hitbox. And time Strike Swin. But he can easily Cover good distances, that was plus, you can find survivor fast, if survivor not see you, you can dash and give terror shok, and yeah, There are no bad characters in the game,there are only bad players on the characters. people say percy is weak because he can’t chair but he’s actually good at alot of things they just don’t realize it,
percy counters stunners, he has fast pallet breaking speed, and he can dash multiple times

The problem is that percy gets cipher rushed a lot, if the surv team doesnt have a decoder, then all good, but with a single one decoder, the rush is gonna be insane
