Per Google. While there's no definitive answer, most medical advice recommends avoiding sparkling water if you have EOE (eosinophilic esophagitis) because the carbonation can potentially irritate your esophagus and worsen symptoms, similar to how it can affect people with acid reflux or GERD; it's best to stick to plain water and discuss your diet with your doctor to identify specific triggers for your EOE.
I know your love affair with La Croix... but I just wanted to let you know that I have a similar dependency to seltzer water (Polar or Waterloo usually though lol) and my GI doctor just confirmed to me that I have to cut out seltzer (or greatly greatly reduce) b/c she said its horrible for esophagus issues, and I was just diagnosed this week by Mayo Clinic with GERD, Barrett's Esophagus, esophagitis, and some other muscular related issues too. When I told her how much seltzer I drank she was like "yeah you gotta stop that for a while at least until you heal, and then only in moderation". I just wanted to pass along in case it happens to be keeping you sicker as well 😢😢
Totally agree and no soda. I have acid reflux and esophagitis. I used to be addicted to coca cola. I stopped all sodas in 2010. The acid just was too much.
Ahh I’m so sorry to hear that!!! La Croix doesn’t bother me, but I know it’s a semi-common trigger for people. We’re all so different so it’s good to see what diet works best for individual people. But I hope you find relief and healing soon! ❤️❤️❤️
I’ve watched my aunt restrict her diet and restrict her diet until she was down to eating two foods every single day. She too had the idea that if she took this food out and that food out of her diet, she’d feel better. Welp, she’s down to 2 foods and is still have acid reflux issues AND new health issues, probably from denying her body necessary nutrients. She can’t work, she won’t leave the house (even though she really needs the sun) and has become a recluse. She’s still sick and still in pain. Food is not very often the cause of health issues. Please consider this as someone who cares about you.
The sun/shadow doesn't bother me at all....except when you lean back and forth and keep mentioning it! Good luck with this diet. Hope you find some important info on your health.
I really love those 4 oz. packages of raspberries in the fall when fresh produce isn't readily available or too expensive. It lasts me 3 - 4 days, so the value is there for me.
Saw your Walmart Affiliate link...great idea!! Could you put more of the foods you eat like that to click and order in your videos like this?? I would eat lots of those items you do. Thanks!
Cherry Limeade Poppi drinks (prebiotic fuzzy drink) are one of my favs! I have to stay away from fizzy drinks as causing now esophagus issues for me. :( Going to try hint water and regular kombucha.
Look at your ingredients. Eat real food . Eat real butter. Yes , inflammation comes from cheap oils, sugar and carbs . Add foods help with inflammation. Try to find a book on inflammation. That will help you understand. Red meat very healthy for you . Red meat gives u energy. Love space ball . They are crazy good 🤣

Why don’t you try fasting and add things slowly to figure out what you can or can’t not eat?
I'm a vegan diabetic with food allergies and I know how hard a restricted diet is. Enjoy Life is a godsend.
Don't raspberries have little seeds on them? I haven't had in long time so don't remember. I know any seeds aren't good for colon issues.

I’m in the process of switching to stainless steel. I just got two new stainless pans and I really like them!
That’s great!! What brand did you get?
@ they are the brand Suteck. I bought them on Amazon. They were a prime day deal. They clean up so easy. That’s the best part!
