I haven't tried pouring a pewter bolster, but with your help, I'm fixing to try.............Thanks!
Thanks Chad. I just asked for this not long ago and that is what I call quick response. Kind of knew but was unsure about the hole for the tang.
Thanks for the video. Impressive to hand drill the hole into such a skinny antler. Cheers
Thank you Charles!
Impressive work! Thanks for sharing.
Sweet
I have like 2 full bags of antlers and i want to make me a few knives but dont have anything to make knives out of can i go to places like old shops to take them apart . Not junk ones but good knives
I have drills and sanders and all the other equipment. Just want to do something with these
I,ve heard you could straighten antlers by boiling them in water. Have you ever done this or heard that?
I have done it a few times. Also I have soaked them in white vinegar. It’s hit or miss either way. Sometimes they will break while straightening them
What epoxy ,devcon 2 ton
What do I need to do to get one of your "Mock" knives? I really like them..
Hey Michael. I appreciate your interest for sure. Email me at cmatthews1861@gmail.com
Show the pour
Hey Will. I will show the pour in the next day or so. Thank you for watching!
@@oldsouthforge831 I’ve been interested in doing it myself just don’t know how to?
