Trailer - Loka Sacred Wisdom Sacred Earth Documentary

The Loka Initiative is thrilled to share the newest trailer of our Sacred Wisdom Sacred Earth documentary, premiering next Spring 2025! This project is our love song to Mother Earth. It delves deep into the Great Lakes’ Indigenous communities and their relationship with the land and waters here. It highlights the revitalization of Indigenous lifeways that bring us back to ourselves and connect us forwards and backwards in time reminding us that we are part of a never-ending interconnected web of life, care and responsibility.
Our Sacred Wisdom Sacred Earth project embodies the Land Back ethos at every level and stage of design, filming, post-production, launch and distribution, all of which are led at different stages by our Native Creative Committee.
