    Great information Jared. Pls enlighten me on one aspect.... Should the 20% of the weight of my heavy box squat be the dumbbell weight and the dumbbell jumps should be done after the three sets of the Box Squats are completed. Thank you Jared.

      I wonder about that too. Is it 20% of heavy box squat set or of 1RM box squat. I guess in the long run it doesn't matter that much?
      I mean, if it's 200kg box squat for 4 and 220kg box squat for 1, then it's a difference 40kg vs 44kg dumbell jumps. I don't think it matters

    but why don't you do upper body dynamic effort at your program?
