    How long does the bile juice last? I want to buy a jar but don't want it to spoil.

    This shit is good! One of my favorites! An alternative to bitter bile that I use is bitter melon leaves.

    I like your intestine washing style, very clean like my mom taught me when I was a young girl. 😊

    Mee, what's your take on hmong people saying "tsis ua kua quav iab ces nyuj tuag dawb"?

    I never knew some folks leave poop in the intestines! Lol and it’s my favorite soup at parties. Maybe that’s why some taste better than others?? 🤣🤯🤯

    Hi Mee, can you please talk about bitter bile and where to buy it?

    • @BladDaddy
      @BladDaddy 9 месяцев назад

      Asian supermarket or the Hispanic market. It’s called beef bile. Otherwise if you butcher a cow it will be next to the liver and you can process that for yourself.

    what are the english names for the beef parts?

    • @meeliving1345
      @meeliving1345  Год назад

      Hello there, I think the English name for the beef part is stringy beef because the beef is not lean. The beef is fibrous and hard.

    Don't ever use heart meat if you cook in the Hmong community. There will always be Hmong Yang around, they can not eat heart meat, it was a prohibited meat for centuries.

    • @BladDaddy
      @BladDaddy 9 месяцев назад

      Ya ya. Heart meat is a muscle like any other part of the animal. It’s all in the head of the person eating it. But eh, to each their own,

      Thank you. I have not gone to a formal culinary school learning to cook. Still practicing everyday. Thanks for your honest feed back.
