This video was so helpful! I'm a bigger girl who's always wanted to get into working out to lose weight and be healthier. I never knew where to start, so I started simple by cutting out soda and caffeine because I was heavily addicted to it. Ever since only drinking water my skins cleared up and I have lost 10 pounds! We have a free gym at my apartment complex so I think I'm gonna use that! Thanks for the advice maya!
Soda is very bad! 2 years ago I almost got addicted to it that I was drinking too much and getting headaches from it. I feel so much better without the soda!
Also, good job with giving up soda!

I'm one of those that loves Pilates and stretching. A goal for me would be to incorporate more cardio into my routine.
Me too!! I just CAN'T with cardio or too much jumping workouts😮💨 but it is good to do it at least once a week 8) And we can find ways that we like, for example, I don't like cardio that much but I can enjoy running once in a while^^ So good luck in your fitness journey, wish you the best!!
Cardio can be a bit stressful,I Will advice you listen to music when doing cardio so it can be more fun
