    You’re a great everything Adam I can’t say no more about you as long as I’ve known you I’ve followed you through your travels your personal relationships your family you’re a wonderful person anybody would love to have around them I enjoy watching you every chance I get anyway be careful and be safe out there ❤

    Yes....I just left a job I recently started 7-8 patients. One wanted all my attention...ran and didn't look back. I felt like I couldn't be the nurse i needed to be. I'm getting to the point where I'm starting and stopping jobs quickly. I feel like i need a therapist to understand the root cause.

      I don’t think it’s you! It’s the job. We can no longer nurse with integrity. These jobs are becoming too much and it’s weighing on our souls. Then they make you feel inadequate when you cannot perform the impossible tasks they give you. It’s a toxic cycle in my opinion.

    I so wanna be a good nurse. Been a CNA 7 years, and ready to upgrade
