Hi Amanda! Love the apartment tour. Yes AC is needed especially coming from the south. Got the portable AC for camping trips cause it gets hot out lol. Love pink and gray! I have a pink car with Grey interior lol I think the nook is cute. My grandmother used to call hers the "utility area" because it could literally be utilized for anything lol it did change over the years too. Love the white in the kitchen. If u ever decide to bake I got a pretty groovy microwave/convection oven and it makes great pastries n pizza The doggie is cute! Thanks for all of the moving deets because when I moved I didn't consider my bed wouldn't be ready!! Great video and thanks for giving us the real tea 🍵

I have never seen a microwave placed so low in a kitchen before, it's always so high up. Thank you so much for the tour, you seem happy in your new space. I am sure you will enjoy the Puget Sound area. I lived in West Seattle for many years. Now in Portugal. My brother and his family live in Olympia. Very thoughtful of the kids making and giving you the book. You must have made a very lasting impression on them. Best wishes for you as you start your new life in Tacoma.

Hey Amanda! I know it's been awhile but congrats on your new apartment and location. I too moved 2 weeks ago and still trying to get acclimated in my new town which is in a rural setting (i.e. the country!) 😅 But it's a beautiful home so there's the trade off. God speed and continued success! Tfs

Hey D.H. I’ve only been here for about a month so take my experience with a grain of salt! Tacoma itself is lovely. Diverse, lots to do and lots to see! As far as crime/safety I haven’t had any negative experiences and I’m in downtown. I have on street parking and no break ins or anything like that. I think they’re starting to work on cleaning up the place! I really like it and outside of maybe Bellevue I wouldn’t want to be in another part of the state! I hope this helps. If you move out here send me a note and we can grab a cup of coffee ✨💕
