Over tie? I mean obviously you’re talking the fundamental four but I tie over it’s my go to for most of my offense, I like to enter mid and stay “at home” ( disciplined in my stance and with all 3 lines of defense available not just taking one out of the equation by trying to initiate action with it) ill force them to engage first so I can 1. give them a false since of security based on an implied belief that I’m hesitant to initiate my “own ties” I’m not uncomfortable with doing so when actions I’m a heavily offensive wrestler who enjoys making them uncomfortable long enough to force the action so I can score from my ‘counter action’, the reality is that I’m the one making the first who’s making the first move it’s just not a physical one so honestly they’re the ones who are having to ‘counter action’ im forward and smothering you with ‘pressure’ by constantly closing distance, changing angles, fainting, faking, and flooding your decision maker with consistently new and different information so you get anxious and force your action and try to out pace me lol I’m the one breaking them with the pace that they’re going to try and put on me 😂
    2. It I’m short and I’m heavy but I have long ass arms so tying over isn’t hard for me but it drags them down to me while also snaring that arm of theirs so they can’t do much to help them win this positional battle that doesn’t open scoring avenues to me first
