The sharks arguably played worse tonight than they did last night against Vegas. No help for Askarov, who stood on his head. Nice to see Celebrini score. He now leads all rookies in goals and is tied in total points despise playing significantly fewer games than the rest of them.
The Flames D core is also surprisingly good, against the Sharks who plays hard but unfortunately Stinks, I think the Calgary Flames played a little bit better. The Sharks played pretty good Defence though, breaking up plays especially in the third.
Wolf has really quick feet and Askarov looks really good. SJ has their goalie of the future. SJ needs 2 more really high draft picks, than sign some free agents and they should be on their way. They will definitely need a number 1 D-man in the next couple drafts. The draft is the only way to get a number 1 D
Rebuild is a euphemism for lousy team. It goes with the woke culture of everyone wins a trophy. "They're not a bad team, they're REBUILDING". Grier is incompetent. He ruined a once proud and successful franchise is less than three years. No management experience and he is the laughing stock of the league.
It's great to see the Flames barely win against one of the worst teams in the league. I'm sure the Flames are super excited about finishing in the middle of the league again so they can maintain their reign of mediocrity.
Should’ve been 5-1. Tender kept the sharks in for way longer than they should’ve. It depends if the Canucks continue to choke the Flames might steel a spot.
People are sleeping on the sharks, they’re going to surprise a lot of folks come next season. Their core is young and need to mature. However they are becoming a pretty gritty team. Hung in there with a very hard hitting CGY. Was a really good game to watch.
Askarov is an excellent and confident goalkeeper!
It's clear as day who should be the starter. Askarov gives them a chance to win. Georgiev and Vanecek sabotage their chance to win.
Yep. Askarov should be down in the AHL as he's trying to ruin their tanking, just like Blackwood did 😂

03:28 - That hit by Pachal... 😲
HUBY-DOOBY-DOOOOO
Аскаров отлично сыграл.
DEFENSIVE JONATHAN HUBERDEAU 💪
Great defensive effort from Calgary!
Good win, Flames! Now, for the love of everything, beat Vegas today and keep this momentum going!

When you look up “suicide pass” in the hockey dictionary, that’s the pass they will show.
What a big hit
Started watching before 720p was even available
This was more entertaining than the lafs game
5 mins and a game from now on. Every time if we wish to stop the madness.
good game
The Hockey Reference website announced the attendance for this game to be a sellout. How accurate is that figure?
90% capacity is my best guess having been there in person.
@@ryancuenca7195 I was going to estimate between 70 and 80 per cent myself.
Акулы показывают зубы, Аскаров набирает уверенности, а Селебрини приближается к Колдеру. Мичков, ты еще в деле?
Go Flames go
Jon Abbott and Greg Millen
You only see guys like askarov enter the league very rarely. And they’re almost always Russian present day haha. The kid is special
A lot of empty seats…
Well deserved win for the 🔥
Nico Sturm was a promising young player. He has cooled down, nothing left of the promise. Same aa pplies Cody Ceci.
That why they play in Sharks team.
Dance

Oilers beat SJ in OT when they met just before Christmas. So, . . .
They were also expected to be in the bottom of the league with the rebuild this year soooo… we will take it.
It’s great to see mcdavid cry for the cup was the best day ever

Askarov, Celebrini keep it close....but no biscuit.
