Hi I have a pw50 and the kickstart works it just doesn’t spring back and it stays down when the engine is running do you know the cause of this
Take the clutch cover off and have a little look something will be jammed inside. Or maybe tbe spring come off
The spring is either broken or came unhooked. Its a pretty simple setup. Once you pull the clutch cover off you will probably be able to see what's wrong pretty quickly. Mostly like a cheap fix. Good Luck.
