I have Invisalign too, I stopped using them but I kept all my trays. I started feeling more confident in my crooked smile, but if I ever want to straighten them again I can use them. I wanted my “teeth done” for years but it’s not worth it. Be content or go the traditional route ( braces/Invisalign) 😩

Thank you for giving advice as a married woman. Showing how well you can take care of a household does not always mean a man will throw a rock on your finger, but that’s why so many women do it. It’s a performative act to show men “hey I’m wifey material I cook and I clean” when it’s plenty women that don’t do either and are still married or the men don’t have that as their first requirement when searching for a wife. We eloped on our 11 yr anniversary and nothing has changed; he's still my best friend. I see no harm in waiting.

TMJ doesn’t stand for “teeth, mouth & jaw”. It stands for temporomandibular joint” & Wynter has TMJ disorder. Which is super painful, but it’s hard to determine what causes it & it’s VERY hard to treat. My heart goes out to her, & I’m glad she shed light on this b/c i never even knew you could get TMJ from getting veneers.
Veneers definitely will cause it. The size & shape of the teeth change the alignment and over/under bite. The jaw then over compensates the room she lost from the teeth. It is VERY painful! I had mild TMJ from braces and wearing rubberbands to correct it.
I think the reason why Clarence is not gonna marry Naija because she is already giving him the benefits of a wife (child, sex, money, etc). And when you know that you’re feeling constant pain or other discomfort it can be extremely triggering. She still needs therapy though 🤷🏽♀️

The crazy thing is before she actually became mainstream, she was actually a pretty cute girl. People reference this photo that she had when she had on this black dress when she had gained weight, which for my understanding that was the way she gained to get the BBL, but she literally was always a skinny girl. Chioma said that she was sticker built so the BBL look natural, but the reality was she actually wasn't naturally thicker build, she gained that way to get the BBL. Her whole look has changed, it's like when she gained the weight and widened her face out, and now she just doesn't look like I don't know how to say this without his sounding offensive, but she doesn't look as feminine and soft as she used to when she was smaller. Some people when they gain weight it can mess up their natural features, like it basically masks their original beauty.

I wanted Veneers for so long because of my insecurity of my teeth being smaller than I’d like them to be but seeing stuff like that makes me grateful that I can’t afford it anyway, lol. 3.) I wonder why women who have already stayed in the relationship so long unmarried still push for marriage even though it’s clear that their partner doesn’t want to now, later or ever. I used to be a dental assistant and TMJ stands for temporal mandibular joint. Lockjaw is also in this category. Any type of movement of the jaw causes intense pain and can even trigger migraines. She would have to get the veneers removed for awhile to try to reduce the inflammation then get a new set. I feel for her cause that pain is no joke.

My mom got veneers due to her getting cavities a lot and it was a lot of money over time and cause a lot of insecurity for her. The surgeon put too much material in causing her a bunch of pain and a lot of scarring because she couldn’t heal around it. They removed them and gave her smaller ones but by the point her body was rejecting them and caused permanent nerve damage and even had to implant a cadaver bone she now has dentures. The way her mental health has declined over the past 5 years is heart breaking it’s not even just the pain as she says she feel like her “womanhood” is gone. Say what you want about Winter but at least she is honest about what she went through and hopefully it can save people the pain and emotional trauma
Once i got a filling and the dentist didn't file it down right. I didn't notice immediately because I was numb. I had to deal with sharp pain and headaches until I went back to get it fixed. I didnt even want to eat. So I know shes messed up with her whole bite being off.

Vaneers are just putting a bandaid on a problem. I got braces and bleached my teeth people ask me if I have veneers all the time or just mention my smile. No long term cost my teeth are just healthier in the long run. Yes it took me having braces for two years however my teeth don’t just look good they actually are healthy. People want a quick fix.

I was always told to get your teeth corrected , whether that be with braces or Invisalign . Then if you want to get veneers get them but do it the right way . Don’t go the cheap route , you’re playing with your MOUTH😂
TMJ stands for temporomandibular joint. This is where the temporal bone (base and side of skull) and mandible bone (lower jaw) meet and is responsible for opening and closing (and general movement of) your jaw.

I’m glad the truth is coming out about these veneers. There have been reports about the dangers of those “things” for a while now. Back in 2019, I saw an interview of a woman that weighed like at least 100 pounds due to not being able to consume food due to her veneers. It was sad.
They offered to give her money back in the same year…and she said no???? 🧐 To bring awareness??? How does that work? You could’ve gotten your money back and still brought awareness.
I think the mindset of "everyone doesn't want to get married" is a relatively new concept. I also think a lot of women have adopted this mindset because it's "better to have a piece of man than no man at all".

It’s a performative act to show men “hey I’m wifey material I cook and I clean” when it’s plenty women that don’t do either and are still married or the men don’t have that as their first requirement when searching for a wife. I packed lunches, tended to house and dog, coffee set up every morning, breakfast made, cleaned, made bed, etc, that still didn’t get me a ring. TMJ doesn’t stand for “teeth, mouth & jaw”. It stands for temporomandibular joint” & Wynter has TMJ disorder. Which is super painful, but it’s hard to determine what causes it & it’s VERY hard to treat. And when you know that you’re feeling constant pain or other discomfort it can be extremely triggering. She still needs therapy though 🤷🏽♀️

The crazy thing is before she actually became mainstream, she was actually a pretty cute girl. People reference this photo that she had when she had on this black dress when she had gained weight, which for my understanding that was the way she gained to get the BBL, but she literally was always a skinny girl. Chioma said that she was sticker built so the BBL look natural, but the reality was she actually wasn't naturally thicker build, she gained that way to get the BBL. Her whole look has changed, it's like when she gained the weight and widened her face out, and now she just doesn't look like I don't know how to say this without his sounding offensive, but she doesn't look as feminine and soft as she used to when she was smaller. Some people when they gain weight it can mess up their natural features, like it basically masks their original beauty.

1.) Respectfully Erica looks like she’s having some inflammation. She looks so swollen that I cant imagine that she purposely wanted to look like this but you never really know. 2.) I wanted Veneers for so long because of my insecurity of my teeth being smaller than I’d like them to be but seeing stuff like that makes me grateful that I can’t afford it anyway, lol. 3.) I wonder why women who have already stayed in the relationship so long unmarried still push for marriage even though it’s clear that their partner doesn’t want to now, later or ever. You stay for 10+ years with no ring but by the time you get it at that point you don’t even want it anymore or you realize you were already being a wife without the ring. So pressed to get married when you’re already giving him all the benefits without the ring even a child so why would he feel the urgency to marry you when in his head he already has?
3.) Respectfully, and no shade to Queen or anyone else in this situation, I really think its like a remedial effort when really long-term/live in girlfriends still want to be married. I don't think they go into it expecting to not be married for so long. Then after years and years of compromising and maybe even just accepting it a little, trying to make peace with it, they still get that urge to be married. I mean it almost sounds counterintuitive and like a cycle. And the longer they stay together, the more investments they get into together, which would be more messy to split, than say in a divorce. But yeah, I think the man is settled and not in a rush to marry her atp
I used to be a dental assistant and TMJ stands for temporal mandibular joint. Lockjaw is also in this category. Any type of movement of the jaw causes intense pain and can even trigger migraines. She would have to get the veneers removed for awhile to try to reduce the inflammation then get a new set. I feel for her cause that pain is no joke.

I agree!! A lot of women have body dysmorphia and it’s very sad. Social media doesn’t help plus navigating in an industry that focuses solely on image. I mean we’re even seeing the men getting plastic surgery. Especially these male rappers, and I know people are going to say “stop hating, people can get whatever surgeries they want” that’s true, but we can’t ignore the Self body shaming that people do. Erica Banks is a beautiful woman & her first BBL looked good, I guess in her mind she didn’t feel it was big enough. Last week folks were talking about how botched Cardi B’s body looks, SZA’s BBL looks good imo, sometimes people go too far with plastic surgery, because they sadly want perfection, body dysmorphia is real.

She got her breast and her butt done and recently, she talked about having to remove her breast implants because it was causing health issues for her. My mom got veneers due to her getting cavities a lot and it was a lot of money over time and cause a lot of insecurity for her. The surgeon put too much material in causing her a bunch of pain and a lot of scarring because she couldn’t heal around it. They removed them and gave her smaller ones but by the point her body was rejecting them and caused permanent nerve damage and even had to implant a cadaver bone she now has dentures. The way her mental health has declined over the past 5 years is heart breaking it’s not even just the pain as she says she feel like her “womanhood” is gone. Say what you want about Winter but at least she is honest about what she went through and hopefully it can save people the pain and emotional trauma

Once i got a filling and the dentist didn't file it down right. I didn't notice immediately because I was numb. I had to deal with sharp pain and headaches until I went back to get it fixed. I didnt even want to eat. So I know shes messed up with her whole bite being off.

Vaneers are just putting a bandaid on a problem. I got braces and bleached my teeth people ask me if I have veneers all the time or just mention my smile. No long term cost my teeth are just healthier in the long run. Yes it took me having braces for two years however my teeth don’t just look good they actually are healthy. People want a quick fix.

I’m glad the truth is coming out about these veneers. There have been reports about the dangers of those “things” for a while now. Back in 2019, I saw an interview of a woman that weighed like at least 100 pounds due to not being able to consume food due to her veneers. It was sad.

So I think it's both the fact that she gained some weight, and if you gain some weight and you move that way from that part of your body to the part of your body that you already got a BBL, your body is going to be even bigger. Then on top of that if she's a kind of person to get a BBL every time she gains weight, that she's clearly not taking care of it to maintain it by eating healthy, and exercising
