    Terry what should someone do if the management in a factory are stalling the internal grievance process and making it difficult. As your aware an employee needs to exhaust the grievance process before it goes to WRC.

    I think that overall most employers try their best to have a good, fair and reasonable process - but by gawd are the ones that don't horrendous and should really be hauled over the WRC more often - but most don't because it's still a scary step for people to take.
    It would be fantastic if you were to break down the process and also give people an idea of the costs and what is a good case and what's not. :)
    That way, the ones who aren't good or reasonable get held to a better standard and everyone benefits :) (well, maybe not the WRC ......!)

    The HSE has Policies for everything, problem is that many managers are not trained or well versed in the diciplinary process, so they often have not followed their own policy. This weakness then exploited by defence. Fact is, successful official disciplines are rare.
