    So, If I understood correctly, the 3 ways to become more agressive are: 1. footsteps (in front of the defender), 2. offarm (chicken wings or push off the defenders legs), and 3. angles (to lock the defender behind)?

      Calorie deficit

      cardio, calorie deficit (but not protein deficit if your young) do workouts that include cardio and weight/body weight lifting for example HIIT
