I work in orthopaedics, and I’d definitely recommend seeing a podiatrist first for orthotics. Possibly an orthopaedic surgeon to go through the options for surgical fixes too! The recovery usually isnt too insane, just some time off your feet resting but you don’t need to learn to walk again! Foot health is so important. Your hips might be out because of your feet and it has flow on effects for your back and shoulders and everything!

I am a nurse, worked with Podiatrist in the past. They can do a procedure similar to dry needling to your toes to release the tendons...no surgery, they use lidocaine to numb your feet, pretty cool and impactful.❤

This look is the ultimate glam and I love it! The addition of the white one shoulder and the chunky cuff bracelet makes it perfectly classy and fun! Absolutely stunning! 💕
Since Victoria posted about pinning the curls it's the only thing I found that works, I use that + JVN cream + Curly spray from Gisou + sometimes the Redken 1 + spray and only then I will have curls for a day and most likely the second day, but 3rd day I can make a cute messy bun and then we was at night as honestly after that we are an Oil Machine as we would normally be on day 2

what I learned from losing one of my toe nail is that for workout shoes, you always want to buy half or one size bigger because you don't want the toes to be directing contacting with the front of the shoe. I also buy larger size for causal shoes now and so much more comfortable and you can always find ways to accommodate a larger size than a smaller size.

Wowza! I am blown away by your giveaways! As a relative newby to your channel (loving it by the way) I don’t know if this is your usual. Regardless it is so so evident that you truly love giving not only these giveaways but also your very meaningful support of your local food bank’s holiday program.
Love this look! You did great on the hair, but a tip from someone who’s hair is thick and doesn’t hold curl well: I have found that when I’m done curling I spray everything and let it sit for the duration of getting ready and then finger combing or using a wide tooth comb to shape helps my curls stay for at least the next day!

Hey Allana- I worked for years at a podiatrist and have some helpful info for you:
You probably have hammertoes. Unfortunately some people are just born this way and some people develop them over time. Seeing a podiatrist for treatment options is best, as there is nothing you can do to correct them without a procedure. Orthotics are awesome, but they can’t correct your hammertoes. There is a procedure called a flexor tenotomy that can fix hammertoes. The podiatrist I worked for would do this in office. No anesthesia, just local anesthesia. He would use an 18 gauge needle to sever the tendon, and it doesn’t require stitches, just steri strips. Hope that helps!
okay-pinning hair tip! Roll the curl & pin it when it's hot, not after its cooled- the cooling down while in the curled position will help "set" the curl!

part your hair like this: section the two sides off then part the back in two so you have two sections. or what i do is start from the bottom section , do the back in 3 sections bottom middle and top. do two curls for each section or more if needed. it’s easier if you start from the bottom x

Love the video 😍 one thing that helps me to contain my hair-curling rage is to part the hair somewhat and secure the sections with crocodile clips before even starting to curl it
You make looking glam so easy I’m an injured soul and have difficulty washing my hair let alone curling it. Lucky I have a bit of a natural wave that will have to do.

I sleep with my hair in two buns and in the morning it gives the most beautiful voluminous waves! I use a spray conditioner and a hair oil so it’s sliiiiightly damp, two buns with the hair twisted away from my face. And in the morning, it looks like I spent ages on my hair but it’s just the sleepy time fun buns!

#1 to save your Mac brush, you could wrap it in black electrical tape to protect the wood handle
#2 to keep your curl have you considered spraying a product on your hair before curling and then while it is in the pins? It might help set the curl.

Hair! I got you girl, first consider a styling product to help keep the curl in. But then curl it a little longer or hotter setting before taking it out to pin. The more you do it, the better/faster you will be able to do it. Absolutely love the look it gives!

My hair seems to be a similar texture, I also have the same problems with holding a curl and the stray pieces in front. My stylist told me it was breakage and to avoid heat, tight pony tails and bleach. She also suggested we work together to find a straight ai-dry style that I like so I’m not using extra heat to curl multiple times a week. Ugh. She also encourages me to keep my hair super clean, so it’s not weighted down and avoid dry shampoo. An upside is this has helped me with less face break outs so I go for a loose, low pony with the strays falling where they will between shampoos. 💁♀️

Try to put the hairspray before removing the hairclips. Let dry a second. Remove the pins; run your fingers through the entire hair. Bend down from the waist and put more hairspray. Let dry a second then flip your head up. The volume will stay longer. Best of luck! 😊😊
I’m a fellow 28 year old, Eragon & RuneScape-loving gal, and I’ve had 2 ankle surgeries and will be having a 3rd surgery on my foot in a few weeks. Take it from me - even if it’s not the surgery route, seeing a podiatrist is so helpful to understand why you may have pains, posture issues, etc. It’s especially beneficial to do so before aging makes the problem worse. They’re the pros at orthotics and helpful tips! Best of luck ❤

For the hair curling, maybe try curling it with a straightener. I know, I know, sounds crazy but that’s how I was able to curl my hair cause never learned how to use a curling iron.

If you add hair product before you curl (preferably after heat protection) like a mouse and or a texture spray that might help the curls last longer. I’m a trained hair stylist, so I didn’t like your previous video because basically all of the tips I already know, but you’re trying and learning so that’s good!

Allllanna! I have been on a foot journey! I thought my toes were also crinkle toes. I accepted it. And bought and wore any shoe. I realized I needed to stretch my feet (self massages, toe squat and toe separaters). And now I got my correct size shoe, which was half a size bigger then I thought.
You might need to reconsider your shoe sizes and the shape of your shoes if they are squishing your toes.
You have the right to be pain free. Our feet do so much for us all day long, we should support them!!!!!! Give your toes room to breatheeeeeee

the hair clips i’m dying 😂 i find it to be easier to pin when you gather the curl the way it forms from the iron and then twist the rest in toward the root, rather than holding at the root and twisting from there. if that makes sense!
