We all have demons in ourselves, fears, and dark past, but we gotta believe that we are stronger than our fears. We must not listen from the negativity for it will eat us. We only live once, so we need to live the life we want, for nothing or no one is always there for us. We can wish for someone to be there to pick us up everytime we fall but at the end of the day it’s only ourselves who can help us to be stronger.

Now 2020, it reminds me of 7 years ago when I was still datin' my husband and we're preparing for our wedding then this song aired, I really like this song so I always play it in the car every time we've a date, I listened it while staring him and thought "yes yes I want to live with him, thank's God i found him" OMG a lot of memories from this song, it's so meaningfull for me

However, in the end the man sees, that the girl also has a dog ("insecurities") but the dog is on a leash (she has learned to tame them). So to put it very simple, the video says, that when you are afraid to ask someone out, the person is just as afraid as you are and you should not be afraid to ask him or her out, but deal with the fear :)

I LOVE THIS SONG so much and i believe this was last year this should of got a lot of recognition cause the song speak volumes not just about love but about life in general its so brilliant i love the song story and how it look like a movie a beginning a middle and end and this song is my favorite song right now go one republic those guys make real music you actually dont mind listening to i am a teenager and no one aspect me to listen to this but i do all genres are not just hip hop rock and indie pop and other music as well
