Actually if Kong gets electric powers it wouldnt effect Godzilla at all. We already know what Ghidorahs electrical powers can do, it just pushes Godzilla. And Ghidorah is the most POWERFUL titan in the MV . So im guessing Kongs electrical powers are weaker than Ghidorahs.
