If you look close at the stick where it goes in the transmission right before the boot on top of the trans you snapped the stick 3/4 of the way in half you can see the crack.
I will check that out
Thanks for watching
I saw the same thing. Also, pull it forward to release the pressure. Backwards will only bind it more
The ole girl fought ya..but you got it fired off and that was amazing. Truly enjoy your content and best of all no jokes😂. Appreciate you sharing your day with us and thanks for doing what you do.😊🛠️🇺🇸🛻🚜🔧

Thank you for watching
Cool video Wiley & Jacob, the engine sounds in good running condition 👍 👍
Me llega este viejito la emoción en su cara cuando hace encender estas hermosas OLDSCHOOL máquinas. Ese motor suena como nuevo 😅
Since you have a lot of room out there, here's what worked for me once- Roll down a hill, or have your boy push you. Then you can slip it into gear by gunning the throttle, and letting off... Then drive it around out there with the clutch in and maybe it'll pop free. And then the clutch disc will sand the flywheel clean.I hate when that happens, but that,s what I had to do.I guess I could have sanded the flywheel by hand.NOT! I'm looking forward to your next video. Thanks.
GOOD JOB WLLEY AND JACOB I AM FROM BRAZIL MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Definitely sounds like a great running engine! Too bad about the transmission....how about that for luck? 😣 I remember they also used the S-series for school buses too, so I bet it was a single axle. Good work, Wily!!

Yeah it’s like when you are just hanging out with a buddy working on old stuff. The whole thing is to enjoy the day not showing how much you know or how many tools you have in your $25,000 toolbox 🧰
Wow! The old S Line Inters were hugely popular in New Zealand and Australia. Most were 290 or 350 Cummins with a 15 speed RR. Apart from the Hendrickson rear suspension they were nice to drive.
Thanks for watching
Some had silver 6V92TAs and the Louisvilles too which an engineer in NZ made a prototype and the company adored it.
I worked for IH from 1969 to 1983 at the truck plant in Springfield, Ohio.
I worked as a repairman on the end of the assembly line. No doubt I worked on it..
Thank you for sharing that

If you know someone with a scrap yard and has a crane with a magnet ask them the next time they change the cable going to the mag from the rudamatec if you can get it they make great heavy duty jumper cables just put heavy duty ends on ot
I actually have some welding leads I am about to make a set with.
Thanks for watching
Small cam Cummins will have a compression release a big cam Cummins will not. But I see your having clutch trouble. But whenever possible releasing the clutch will remove the drag of the transmission when starting the engine. We always release the clutch up here where I live. But I am still waiting for the Wiley`s don`t blame us if you become famous caps and shirts. Thank you for another nice video.
Thank you and thanks for watching
I did not know that about the small cams. Thanks for sharing that
@@DontbeWily Your welcome. And tell Hank jokes at the end of his video`s please.
That's why they call em hummin cummins. They run so good. I knew you would get her fired up.

There are a lot of things that you have not seen before. Have you never seen a clutch stuck????

At 33:50 you can see a crack in the weld at the top of the gear linkage. Have you cracked the weld when pushing the lever in the cab?

That looks like my 89 s1900 Wiley does he want to part that truck out? I could use a couple parts for my s1900 does the fuel gauge work and speedometer?
Those usually came with a walking beam suspension that’s a rear cutoff from a Mack does it have elephant ears
Definitely not enough battery brother, need two trucks hooked up to it!
