Their wigs are beautiful but I'm a bit concerned. I made an order with them around the end of April and still haven't received any shipping information. On top of that, their whole website recently changed to selling overpriced makeup. I really hope I wasn't scamed.🥺 Just wanted to update this comment: I reached out to them through email and they let me know when my unit will ship. I recieved my wig yesterday and it is beautiful 🥰. Even though I waited a long time it was worth the wait. I will definitely be ordering from them more often.

I cut my baby hairs off too on my high end braided units, I feel it looks more natural like that
