Love your sets, they are amazing. I was always wondering why people prefer rotary mixers over fader ones. I've never tried one. What is the deal behind it? Is it because it's more accurate, because the rotation comes from the fingers rather than the hand, as I think is more the case with faders?
Thank you! Most rotary mixers have good quality phono pre amps that give vinyl a fantastic sound. Most of the better quality ones also have great summing (which if you don’t know is how both tracks sound in the mix/blend point without one cancelling out the other) They also lend themselves too a longer blend as they are more accurate.
