I sold my Utopias after getting a pair of VO, much all around better pair of cans from my personal experience but equipment synergy and subjective opinion have a lot to do with it as always!

François is a name. So it sounds like it's a video dedicated to or about a dude named that. Français is the adjective you are looking for. And since "édition" is a feminine noun, the best would be édition française. :)

Never a bad purchase of the Utopia's there are an outstanding Headphone. Specially paired with your Woo Audio WA5-LE (what tubes are you using?)
I have Takatsuki 300b and 274b tubes- and Tung Sol Round Plate drivers. I also have a vintage set of Mullard GZ-34s from 1957, with metal bases that sound exceptional.
@@DirectorsGarage Thank you for the reply I am using the Chord Dave > Feliks Euforia (stock tubes) > Utopia’s which sounds great, but recently added 4 x Gold Lions KT88’s for a QUAD setup and it makes the combo the best I have ever heard. I was looking into the WA5 LE or even the WA33 maybe next year..

A worthy challenge from a true TIGER.
I personally didn't like the Utopias. Found them too sibilant and soundstage too small. Mids felt sucked out to me, and the metallic timbre was a bit too much. I did appreciate the speed and detail though.
I opted for the ZMF Auteur and Verite Closed along with HD 6XX and some Stax.

I think your channel is becoming unsustainable if you keep on reviewing top end gears.... not that i'm questioning your financial means but the amount of those gears aren't that many and lots of audiophiles are not in the position to purchase them....
William you may be right! I have to sell some product, for sure. I have the U18 Tzar is still listed, and I will likely only keep one of the open backs. I will tease: My next unboxing (*unless something killer shows up!) should be something perfectly within the reach of the entire audience. It’s on order. Not sure when the box will arrive.
