This is why you need to hire a *team* of lawyers and accountants. Like have six of them from multiple firms and don’t go cheap- you are a newfound billionaire, hire an A-team.
You are very smart. Hiring one person, and you could find yourself in a world of trouble. Having 3 different advisers who do not know each other is the vest way to go. And for insurance policy, you hire a lawyer who looks over everything. This way, everyone is controlling each other. To cheat you, they must all be in on the scam (which is unlikely because they do not know each other). But to hire one person is a big red flag
So you saying paying a team of lawyers over two million a year plus the taxes they have to pay on top of that and then you got to pay extra money to have the lawyers actually do something
Only FA's financial advisors tell fools to take the lump sum that's because they want to steal your money upfront, I'll take the annuity go enjoy the rest of my life im not investing in anything .

I did calculations and Beth had been married for 36 years. So, she was probably like 61 when she won the Lottery, I'm assuming she maybe got married at 25. That's when MANY people get married, after graduating College and working for like three years (They start working at around age 22) Just Jason's $50,000 retainer fee is 600,000 a year and lets say Beth died at 91, 30 years after hiring Jason as her Lottery winner and he did not go to prison for theft. She would have given him 18 million JUST as a retainer fee. Not too bad out of a 878 Million lump sum after taxes. 😏 Jason screwed himself royally by stealing the 107 million. He could have gotten much more legally if he waited 30 years and had like 500 Clients over that 30 year period. With a 50,000 a month/$600,000 a year and 18 million for 30 years, he would have had 9 BILLION in the clear. Have you thought about branding yourself? I am not sure if your name has any significance to you, but perhaps a more professional sounding name would better reflect your quality of work. When scrolling through recommended videos people you only have a very small window to draw in new viewers. Perhaps refining your image with a branded name, and profile picture, would aid in getting new views. Anyways, I don’t mean to be rude at all - I merely want you to thrive so I can keep binging your videos!

You can have a couple lawyers and financial advisors on the payroll but never have them able to transfer your wealth about themselves.
Even making sure Descendants can still live off the money can still get screwed up if any of the descendants are hard core Gambling Addicts. A guy said his Family was wealthy for CENTURIES, but ONE Family Member in the current lifetime took the money and gambled it away at a Casino and now the Family who was wealthy for CENTURIES, is broke because one hardcore Gambling Addict wasted it at a Casino. 😩
16:24 Looks like he was found guilty in 2022, not 2020. The timeline just doesn’t make sense with conviction in July 2020, given the PPE misadventure would have happened in 2020
$50,000 a month for Jason to work for the client and manage her money is a red flag, meeting in parking with all security cameras turn off is another red flag ( why he couldn't do his business at his office)?
Anybody asking for more than going rate for a normal lawyer hourly fee, is a con artist!
I don't know how this guy can sleep at night ?!
Dicks is to sporting goods as Harbor Freight is to Holme Depot.
Just plain stupid to hand your money over to anyone. Period.
He would be dead if he did that to me!!!!!
What a funny story!
Greed enslaves us all. Some people do strange things for money.
I see an underappreciated channel, I sub.
Hey amg! I stumbled across your channel a little while back and have been loving your content. Your productions are incredibly detailed and you definitely deserve more views.
How is this only at 10k views, let's get this up.
They ahould make a feature length movie about this guy..
Damn it Morty
Beth lost 10% of her winnings to his scams but ultimately kept her identity secret. It's not great but it could've been way worse
When I win a zillion dollars I'm going to hire a chemist to make me pure herion.
The price you pay for privacy
I’m really digging this channel. The influence from SunnyV2 is here but he doesn’t blatantly rip off Sunny’s style. A lot of these other content farm type channels do that.
Every time this guy would get on TV I would always say to myself this guy seems kind of snakish! 🙄🙄Unfortunately, I was right! His words were to glitzy, and he just seem to know all the answers! 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️In my lifetime whenever you find a guy like this who knows all the answers he’s hiding something or He’s a hustler! Unfortunately, I was right about both!🤷♂️🤦♂️🙄🤔
make it and then fake it
He looks like the guy who does Homer Simpson's voice
When the fortunes appear, the sharks gather and start circling the prey. She would have been better off managing th money herself…😮
I mean yeah she got scammed big time but she still got like 100s of millions of dollars
GREAT GRAVITY!!
I understand the Saks, fifth Avenue part, but not dicks sporting-goods. You don’t have to be rich to shop there.
Best RUclipsr in the game
Theres something about the lawyers eyes that look suspicious to me. Eww so many lawyers just care about the money! Great channel
when I heard he scammed the healthy rainbow people I got so upset. I don’t even know a gay person who plays the lottery I thought we were safe
if I win I would want my anonymous name to be “some fuckin queer” but the problem is that’s what some people already call me so they might figure it out
🎉
Bro all that money go to russo ? Realy ? Lol that guy was a true mithy ! Dont more a rock and win 107 milions by jason kurland 🤣🤦🏽♂️
Not sympathetic to Beth smith. Not one iota
I hate victim blaming, but wtf Beth. You couldn’t have been any dumber. Put the money in a trust, not in your lawyer’s account. Have independent auditors check his work.
Luckily she still has hundreds of millions to somehow misappropriate and be duped again. Sigh.
Wait a minute 1,6 Bilion. 🤦♂️ 🤦♂️ 🤦♂️
