Love this show….but 42:40 😂😂 Running into the ocean while being chased by a murderer, no matter how great your swimming skills are, is the goofiest decision making I’ve ever seen.

Jill was the real character of the show. In a 20 second sequence, she feeds the pigeons while goofily whistling to herself and gives a loval homeless guy a sandwich and hot drink. No fuss, no drama. Its just who she is. Very easy to root for.

That's exactly why Shawn Weatherly left the show because she barely had like lines and stuff in most episodes and not enough storylines. I'm not sure if people were intimidated by her being like Miss Universe or world or whatever she was but I know that later on at least David Hasselhoff was worried about like Pamela Anderson stealing his Thunder or being the pretty one even though Shawn was the classic beauty. He even made them recast Hobie for the second season because the first actor had grown up a little bit and he was worried that an older child actor would make him look older himself. Lol.

This is no stunt show.They had real lifegaurds and paramedics on set who cobsulted on the show to make sure the actors all got the rescue and medical scenes as realistic as possible.
