He was so harsh towards Khusi because she was the one who simply caused a commotion inside him ...even during the fashion show, he hardly had his eyes on the gorgeous models, but when Khusi topples on his arms , he simply get mesmerised by her beauty before he puts his guard ...even when he pulls her dori unable to control his anger, we can see slight traces of guilt when she unties her braid to cover her back and looks at him ....we have never seen Arnab staring at Lavanya with such passion

Am I the only one who thought this relationship was extremely toxic? He completely misunderstood her, treated her like crap and the mother of all, never actually apologized for being a complete a-hole to her. She went through so much trauma, a forced wedding, blackmailed endlessly to save her sister's relationship, a verbally, mentally and sometimes physically abusive relationship with her husband, being forced to live with Shyam, and constantly misunderstood by both families. He never acknowledged that. He just demands that she forgive him and accept his love. And the audacity to play victim when she returns to her parents' house! I wish she had stood her ground a little more instead of just melting. He deserved to suffer more tbh.
He apologized during the process of planning their weddxs on one of their events. And even here u see him recogbisx his flaws. Even at that, Anarv was always avaliable to protect and even defend her from both his and her family. Even when he was the cause

Those earlier hindi films tele series and fairytales have ruined people's mind so that they think all heroes should be kind gentle nice without any flaws. What about people with dark sorrowful past with defects in their characters? Don't they deserve to find love and be loved? Kushi didn't stay with him just because he is rich. She tried to leave him several times but he didn't let her. He fought for their relationship till she decides to stay with him and unlike most hindi serial heroes he actually stands for her not only against his family but also against hers when they blame her for staying with him few months without getting married with rituals.
I adored him so much in Childhood but when i watched this drama again i realized how abusive he was
