Triumph should work on their delivery process....for middle class boys buying their first bike from their own earning is a big thing and what happens here is not acceptable and extremely frustrating.
That was really disappointing, we all gathered all the way from Kalyan and Vasai to get the delivery. All the excitement went in vain. And on top of that the sales executives were lying. Ridiculous!!!
Same thing happened with me. I got a dented tank during my scrambler delivery. Good thing I had the proof that it was dented in the showroom itself. Some of the Triumph showrooms are very deceitful.
I had the same problem white spot on the tank , I went ahead and denied taking delivery they changed the tank and give me delivery next week. Such disappointing experience for taking delivery of a brand new vehicle.
Bro, this is the same tank I received at delivery. I asked them to change it immediately, and they swapped it with another bike that was already in the showroom. I think you got that one.it is not company fitted ask them to change it immediately….yeh thane ka showroom hai correct?
WTF!! Finally, they told us that there was some construction work going on outside the showroom. They had kept the bikes outside, which resulted in paint spots on them They changed the bike's tank, but it took them two days to do it. And yeah, this is a Thane showroom :(
Bhai meri Triumph Scrambler me b issue hai….. bolts were not tightened properly and so 2 bolts got loose itna ki wo nikal hi gye. Tbse mere ko handle bar me issue lagra hai. Bohat awaaz b krri hai bike
Bhai sabse pehle to apne camera ka focus sahi se adjust kro… bilkul b nhi dikha koi white spots. And company se fitting hoke aaya h to kya hua?? Company hi tank b swap krke degi… it won’t make any difference
Dude they should have checked in PDI. That's the thing that matters when you are buying a 3+ lakhs bike. Sometimes people don't check properly during delivery because of excitement.
@@PratikPradhanVlogs have scrambler for more than a year. Not a single problem I've ever faced. Service to everything is top notch. Most reliable and beautiful bike . Change dealership. Also they agreed and replaced then what's the problem 🙂. Write to triumph and they take matter seriously. Happy riding man! 🙂

yep bro, there are very limited Triumph showrooms in Maharashtra, so we never expected this kind of delivery experience.

Bhai vo paint ke spots the jo ki kafi chote the esliye camera main capture nahi hue.
Tank swap kar diya unhone but uske liye 2 din lagaye😅
