Your back side drop ins are a thing of beauty. I have a tendency to lay back on steep back sides drop ins. I don't know how it started, it just happened one day. Now I just do it naturally and it makes it a lot easier for me to pull off late drops. You do an inside lean with your back leg all the way down (even your knee is touching the board, at 5:35 in the video is a good example). It's definitely your trade mark style and it allows you to get deep in the pipe and remain tucked (low profile) until the wave opens up enough to stand up. It's a beautiful thing to watch. You make it look so easy, and it's not.
The GoPro footage from the nose of the board looking back is so awesome. It would be great to have one mounted looking forward and back. Seeing the launch, board on edge, in the barrel and the spit from a first person point of view and then from shore is amazing. So Psyched! Make it happen Jamie and Jackson! Stay Psyched!!!!
Appreciate you sending it on the soft top in those waves! I'm always amazed at how easy you make it look, and then we see a fin ripped away or a soft top busted in half it's a reminder at really how much power really is pumping through this break!

You landed on the internets for this session. But what stoked me the most was your early madness style, even with two fin, for a moment and the music you rode like if it was 1970's off balance as fuck leaning to keep the board straight one hand keeping it stable in the center
and you were da bull Greg Noll but with a soft top. It was special, the takes and the music hit the spot to put my hair on end for a little bit music the second song was a good tune the shots doubled the sensations.. All I do is lift, get stronger watching this with one ensure original and one centrum for adults multivitamin for dinner, I bulked two days I gained 10lbs in two days and the day before I ran 8 miles 4 times each burned 3600 calories in two days, sprinting like a savage for 100meters to 100yards im 190lbs to 200lbs. all cut. framing it. defining it. The end of those 4 miles running back I was running pretty fucking fast jog run jog even walk, run 100 meters, jog walk jog 400 meters walk, jog walk, run 400 meters maximum pizza or splash on the pavement if you slip and walk. Definitely a good surfing video of jamie but the fucking internet of mine is fucked and even in 780p to me it was laggy but I enjoyed how EARLY you were off balance knee down, waiting for the chandeleer 7 seconds later it was some sight, you took it home with style, won the internet, I saw you in my feed twice today. because of surfing pipe on the pink top. Not having 3 fin gave you finesse. It gave you waiting on that knee like bodyboarding drop knee balls. Big cojones. last year in bidart (just south of biarritz), was surfing a week with these 2 german girls. great times. one morning i check out the beach. at our usual spot stands a decathlon softtop with a cardboard sign "for sale 60€".. i immediately claimed it. some dude from paris wanted it gone, cause his son had progressed to a glassed board and he didn't wanna take it home to paris. its a 7ft orange board. that same day it was a rainy choppy 12ft swell, the biggest. the whole other days it was way smaller. so one of the fins broke off since the softtop only has plastic screws (2 for each fin). other than that, it survived. i never got any waves anyway, cause too heavy and out of shape. but did quite some paddling around. the softtop paddled just like my 7.2 NSP, there was no change in performance. softtops are really cool. people believe they're not full surfboards or will break easily. thats not true. if you can surf. you can take a softtop almost anywhere. apart from the heavy stuff.
