I resonate to this 100 %. Anxiety sometimes comes out of nowhere and I have even heard him. Focusing on me right now because it’s the only thing I can do but like you said in the video, it’s gets overwhelming ar times. Yes, I was very nervous right before meeting him in person. It would have been great to have had the information in the video that explains this, but I had no information back in 2008. I drove from Oregon to Vancouver, Canada the day before and stayed in a hotel so I would be there in plenty of time for a book presentation by another author he had co-edited a book with. But I was mainly driving there to meet him. He was my total focus. And the weird thing was, I did not even know (consciously) if he was going to be there! I had asked the author in an email when she invited me, and she did not tell me!! And yet, I must have known, because I was very nervous. I had taken two dresses with me. One was a formal black and white dress and the other was a country style blue, print dress. I couldn't even decide which one to wear. I finally decided on the blue one. That turned out to be so funny because my dress matched his blue tee shirt. We were dressed informally, but matching, while some were dressed formally in black and white. He must have given me input as to which dress to wear. We were dressed like the "country folk" we are.....which I now find hilarious. Divine Comedy.🤣🤣🤣

Things started to happen for me when I made mindfulness meditation an important part of my day. I read from the Tao Te Ching and mindfulness books like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels. Clearing the mind is so important, things just happen organically when we drop our expectations and desires.

Experiencing all this now.. I trust God and the Angels… reunion is near and when God the Divine allows it, then it will happen….i feel it like never before.. the obsessive thinking is back and meditation helps but then it comes back… anxiety is at an all time high no matter what i do…. Breathing exercises has helped a lot…synchronicities 1111, 111, 1212, 808, 555, and 1010 all day long!! I TRUST THIS JOURNEY!!

Every single word u said is true cuz i only believe in what i experience. Right now while m writing this comment, i woke up because of a vivid dream about my partner. The anxiety feels so weird between my chest and gut. Before he reached out after years of separation, I felt nauseous, the anxiety was between my chest and gut and I felt sick with it. When he messages me it goes it's really weird. Also had sore throat and dizziness before he reached out. Every day I see 1111, 1010 and 111 amongst other angel numbers. The doubt that keeps coming into my brain is awful too I'm trying to stay focused on myself. I'm waiting for him to end his karmic cycle. I've ended mine. I'm definitely further a head lol.
