Me too but here’s the thing: the Colts may have truly believed they had good enough young CBs and simply needed to eventually add a veteran in the secondary. Got the difference maker instead. I was bummed a little (especially since the Eagles got QMitchell) but I’m good with what they did. Ballard knows what he is doing! GO COLTS!!!!

The two issues that you brought up about Latu are blown way out of proportion. Injury concern is BS. He was injured once and has played two fully healthy and productive seasons where he didn’t have a single injury. Second, he did meet with the Colts, but only at the combine. Latu and Colts staff both came out and said they loved him from the start and didn’t feel a need to dive deeper into him, partially because they loved him so much, and partially because they honestly didn’t think he’d still be there at 15. No coming at you or anything. Great video! Just like to address those concerns when people bring them up and how blown out of proportion they are.

I thought we’d take Dallas Turner just due to traits. I’m so glad Ballard went with actual production for an edge this time. I was texting my friends that are Colts fans and we all liked it. Yes, we set a franchise record for sacks last year, but our pressure rate sucked. It’s like if we got to the QB, we got a sack. There was hardly any consistent pressure to disrupt the offense.

I trust Chris Ballard, he is a mad genius in any draft. Im excited the Colts as a team are in a really good spot they got a bunch of young talent that's gonna be there for years, I don't know what's going on with Jonathan Taylor but hopefully they get that situated long-term. But I would say we're 2 years away from being a threat in the playoffs, Not making the playoffs but being a threat to anyone in playoffs..

Quinyon mitchell was deserving and is a potential hall of famer when his careeris over. But you can't deny the value here. Colts finally complete the defensive line. Not a small task. If colts secondary plays the way chris envisions he will look like a absolute genius.

This a great roster and if everyone works out (including that young secondary) they are gonna be in a position to do whatever they want with their 1st rounder or more next year to get someone special (in either the draft or trade). If not we’re probably going corner next year lol.
