im actually confused is it after the first transition of both dragons you get the adds or do you get the adds right away when the fight starts?

The adds spawn throughout the fight. Its really a judgement call from your RL about how often you need to send people down to clear using whatever you need to; tank mechanic or the intermission breath/swirls. Usually based on healing capabilities

It is called a TLDR for a reason :P 0.75x speed is used by a lot of people though
