    I’m learning how to perform a Birl. I’m learning the “Seven” method. I prefer that, over the others! It does take time to learn it. However, like you said, go slow as you learn to do it correctly, & in time, the speed will come. I’ve been told, the “Seven” method, will serve you well, especially as your music scores get more complicated.
    The “Seven” moves quicker!
