Lisa, super cute! I am so glad you did this because I made some and they were a hair too wide. I had 5/8" x 5/8" and 1 5/8" long (rectangle). They were cute but I feel could have been better. I am going to try your measurement on the rectangle and see if I like those better. I am happy to see all of your videos. It generates a lot of inspiration ❤.
They stay fairly close to the 1" size. From left to right - the tops of the hearts are about 1-1/8" wide but the other dimensions are about 1". This is my favorite size to make.
At 10:15, did you use a laser-printed fusible decal for the detail? Or was that done with a stencil and glassline paint (or similar) Thanks for the hint on how to make cute hearts!
I used rose murrini from GlassworksNorthwest on Etsy and pink leaves from Wilderness Glass wildernessglass.com/ After I assembled the heart I set a few pieces of the murrini on top and fired with the rest. You could use a number of floral designs. Happy fusing!
Very cute! Thanks for sharing.
You’re welcome!!
They came out great. Thank you so much for sharing the technique and firing schedule.
Thank you, and you’re welcome!
Very cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Glad you enjoyed the video!! Happy fusing!!

Great! I’m happy this helped! I also like how the smaller hearts (.5 x .5 and .5 x 1”) look. Happy fusing!!
Very interesting 😊
😊
Approx how big do the .5 x .5 and .5 x 1 hearts come out after fusing
