Detailed video for Sweet Puran Modak and Savoury Mani Kolukattai (Pearl Modak)

This is one of the traditional sweets which is favourite for Lord Ganesha. In Hindu mythology, Goddess Parvati feeds Modak to Ganesha to keep his tummy full. That is why it has become mandatory in Ganesh Chathurthi.
Anyhow, these 2 methods are easy to make. It will be nice and soft and the taste will be amazing.
