That said, when you become a mom and life throws curve balls at you, you tend to slowly move away from focusing on self care. Given I am a social worker, I know better, but one tends to use the excuse that you will do something later and it catches up with you. To wake up early I totally recomend a light alarm clock. It helps me so much, especially now that it is still dark outside in the morning. It's a lot nicer and easier than dreaming about alarm sounds ;-)

Morgan hi Morgan, for me it helps to read the secret book and maybe even if it may not be for everyone, just go to church and sit there for a while and think about life and my family (even if you are not that religious, but believe in god or some kind of spirituality). i feel so much better and thankful afterwards. everyone of us goes through times of negativity, don‘t be too hard on you for that, it‘s normal. it counts that we work on it again and again. love that you are so conscious about it, that is already such a big step you made! wish and I’m sure you will find something for you that works & feel better soon! 😊
