Nice to see a review of this craft. It was the first 3rd party aircraft I spent a lot of time in. It's a great plane!
Note about the altitude capture/VS unit. It's totally broken right now, not due to Sim 11, but the Working Title 530/430 beta which was a separate marketplace install. Same type of issues you saw in the Mooney recently because it's the same Carenado VS unit. Uninstall the WT 530 package from content manager and the plane works fine, which is what a lot of people are doing. It's probably not a great idea to use that thing if you're reviewing planes, since the GPS is a 3rd party beta product and breaks many of them currently, so it kinda misrepresents the plane. I recommend using the PMS50 GNS530 instead, since it essentially has the same features currently, and doesn't break planes. This isn't just a Carenado problem either. Many planes are affected in various ways, as well as the 3rd party GTN750 units in planes that can switch between GPS units.

Spot on. I was about to say the same thing. I absolutely love the Working Title 530/320s, but they do break autopilots in a few non-default planes (and especially in Carenado's fleet).

That flying around Crazy Horse ! I know Beech developed the V-Tail to appeal to the fighter jockeys coming back from ww2 who weren't interested in flying the soggy underpowered GA planes available at the time, but even so .... 😂😂 You're lucky the mixture didn't cut itself off, I didn't notice you change to the right fuel tank which was half full when you landed, the engines would have only been sucking fumes out of the left one which was showing empty, that can't have helped the handling 🙂

It was known commonly as the doctor killer because of the amount of crashes that occurred. Two thumbs up on this one. Very very enjoyable flight. The flying around Crazy Horse was great fun. Engine sound level is difficult but you nailed it on this vid. I learned to fly on steam gauges in Warriors and C-172s with no GPS, so I much enjoyed your choice of aircraft. It’s been great flying with you this year. Looking forward to 2023. 🥂

@@jonbeckett I often watch Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft reviews on RUclips in 4K on my 86" giant TV and the quality enables me to make a comparison to FS 2020 and I have to say Asobo have pretty much nailed it! Recent one is a Cessna 206 T pilot review and these are just shy of a million dollars! Cessna have mounted 4K camera's underneath, on the wings and in cockpit and what we get for a few hundred dollars or so is incredible.

Wonderful video; a fun watch. I believe the previous comment is right about the autopilot problem is with working title 530/430 beta. I deleted it and use my PMS 750 premium which I prefer and use his PMS50 GNS 530 package. I'll wait until it's out of beta. I also like PMS50's G430 better as I use it for the direct navigation screen.
