Love it , you guys crack me up. And Sam you remind me so much of my oldest son. He's 22. Your mannerisms are exactly the same, plus he's about your size and has the same big bushy beard lol. Handsome boy if I do say so myself. We will be rehabbing an old double wide within the next year for him and his wife, so this was very helpful since we've never worked on a trailer.
You know Sam and Angela I use to work for a mobile home Drapes sewing plant and Palm Harbor was our high dollar drapes girl those drapes where beautiful too I was so so when they closed I sew at home I love watching you two work together tyfs hugs and prayers
Delivery cost of the roofing was worth it. Angela is right. You will get it in one piece (hopefull; there will be no wear or tear on your trailer or vehicle; no accidents or flat tires; tickets for being overweight/overload; and you will remain alive and in one piece. We love you Sam and want to keep you in one piece.
Your boys are really just being boys. I loved watching them jumping on the trampoline in the background. Made me want to come join in. I had two boys, (42 and 43) when they was young, I put up a boxing punching bag and put them in taekwondo. It keeps them so busy and they get real tired. I hope all your projects turn out good.
Build your beautiful other half a nice big deck outside the soap shack add a porch roof and she will give you loads more kids :D lol love your projects keep them coming.
You guys crack me up! I will NEVER be doing a roof DIY, but I sure do love to watch you two! Feral children; I remember....mine started a fire under his bed to "camp out"! Sounds like yours are just having fun running outside. Green Acre RUclips family: I received my first order of Angela's soap yesterday. If you haven't ordered any, what are you waiting for?? (That saying comes from another one of my RUclips channels I love) Seriously it is really the best handmade soap I've ever used (and I've used MANY over the past 50 years) They would make fantastic Christmas gifts too!
You two work really hard and that's very obvious in your videos. You don't have to answer to anyone but yourselves! Keep up the good work! God bless your family!
Not sure where you are located, but the one I used, when I was hail damaged, was Prime , in Dublin Texas, on 377 just North of town. They do the whole thing right there. All the fabrication and any thing you need with it. Great to work with. Since I only know the one shop, I do not know about how their other locations are. They have several. One is near Austin. I know you will be so relieved to get'er done! I can't wait to see the Soap Shack finished, too!
Awesome work guys! Angela surprises me so often. I'm terrified of heights and here she goes...up and down that ladder! lol TFS You guys always give me a giggle! Love the feral children! You will miss this in your later years! lol :)
Sometimes we need to wait. Patience! Soon you'll receive your materials and it is much better to have it delivered to your home. Love you guys, you're doing great!
Hey guys. Love your videos. Did you notice that the soap shack isn’t level? Oh... I truly love OTHER people feral children! I’m that favorite auntie that teaches her nephew and nieces how to burp and spray water at each other while washing the cars.
Wow, what a difference adding the end to the trailer makes for your home. Good quality work you two show in your videos. Looking forward to see your roof finished.
Sam I thought my plate was full and it is for me. But, you're really slammed with projects right now. What with the new roof, the new soap shed, the new cnc machine, all i can say is wow! What i am trying to say is thanks for taking the additional time to edit and upload the vids it is really appreciated.
I really enjoy watching you guys make the mistakes so I can learn from them. We are getting ready to remodel a 1975 mobile home and you folks have brought up some very good ideas on things to check for and reinforce. Thank you for helping others learn.
Yeah I was just looking to see where the the ladder platform so came from I haven't seen one around any box store or Harbor Freight So yeah that's the great because I got bad knees and it would work wonderful. Thanks for the video I'm doing the same thing to my mobile home
Love Y'all! Soap shack for sure!! I knew the roof would get done and time wasn't right yet. Love the "feral children"! Way quieter than our bunch was...they now have their own to deal with! LOL It's all coming together and God Bless Y'all!!
Yo Sam, I bet once you got used to that platform it felt great!! I've done 3 Christmas light installs over past 3 days and the arches in my feet are screaming Bud!! I hope you guys get your supplies sooner than later. Hoping all is well guys, Dirty Jersey out!!
I always enjoy your videos . I like the soap shed but it appears to me that it is not level , but it may be me , maybe I need new glasses !! Blessings from South Florida to you guys !!
LOVED your end clips! 😂😂😂 If I have to go more than the second step on the ladder, say to the third step, I am white knuckling it. Above the third step? NOPE! Ain't happening!
that ladder step is a must have to find one igot knee replacements and that will be great to stand on if you know where to find it at give me a shout great job thanx bob here
Oh, thank goodness! I've been worried about how late it's getting and still no roof. You have an entirely different climate there than here so I don't know why I stressed about it :) Day before yesterday here the wind was howling and the house got soooooo cold. (but we live at the foot of an 8,000 ft mountain range....could have a little something to do with it.) The clouds were so low we couldn't see the foothills :/ Glad you got your roofing snag untangled. My guess, you're gonna be busy between now and February.
Great progress! But I have to tell you, I was a LITTLE concerned when I saw the ladder denting in the siding of the gables❗What will you do with those gables to better them❓
Can they unload it or do you need a gin pole or fork lift at your house to unload the metal? I was going to order a pre-made kit specific for my mobile home model from a mobile home parts store and they deliver if you have a way to unload it or they can transfer to local company for last mile with a way to unload for a significant extra delivery charge.
That is yet to be discovered... I imagine they will get it close, but not exactly where we need it delivered. Every time we've ordered metal from them in the past they have a low flat trailer with rollers and just slide it off the back. We'll see... maybe they'll let me film the process. :)

I appreciate you noticing and commenting that! :) No rest for the weary. LOL What else can we get into?!
You guys are a riot! ❤ Please show us that shed is level. I'm sure it's just the angle we are viewing it from, but its driving me crazy!
Yeah that is a neat stepping part for the ladder👍
Lots of fun, keep doing what you're doing.
I really enjoy watching you guys make the mistakes so I can learn from them. We are getting ready to remodel a 1975 mobile home and you folks have brought up some very good ideas on things to check for and reinforce. Thank you for helping others learn.
Check out Doug and Ashley at DIYFFERENT . They remodeled an older mobile home a few years ago and just finished their present
home.
@@dottiebebris9706 I've watched all their videos.
I think the title Soap Shed sounds more Urban chic. it sounds like a shop in a very upmarket area of London.
Yeah I was just looking to see where the the ladder platform so came from I haven't seen one around any box store or Harbor Freight So yeah that's the great because I got bad knees and it would work wonderful. Thanks for the video I'm doing the same thing to my mobile home
The platform was very comfortable. Getting on/off of it was tricky, but got easier with practice. :)
Awesome, I'm a member of the club! 👓 Patiently waiting for the roof. 😊

I’m so glad to hear you are getting your metal roofing this week. I’ve been concerned about winter weather.
You need a sign, Angela's Heavenly Soaps, Great Job Guy's
Great progress. What team work! Oh, Soap Shack needs a deck out front...sorry to suggest more work...lol.
Holy crap. We had snow today. 🙁
Lol! Sam your face with the screaming child had me rolling 😂🤣😂 You guys just made my day!
Great videos. Like watching them. Would it have been easier to build a large tiny house?
Yeah, I think so. LOL
Great video
Did you do a video showing facia and soffets?
How did your garden turn out this year?
As a big boy, I can use something like that. Standing on a ladder tears my feet up.
I always enjoy your videos . I like the soap shed but it appears to me that it is not level , but it may be me , maybe I need new glasses !! Blessings from South Florida to you guys !!
LOVED your end clips! 😂😂😂

LOL she did not want to say let’s go, because she wanted to get back to the soap shack.
Good videos
I would like to see you attached with a belt or something further for add security while you on the new attached step. Be safe. God bless.
I always pay for to the door delivery. It’s like my reward for the hell I’ve ordered 😂
Hahahaha I love it!!! -Sam
Will you be painting the outside of your home? What color?
"a minute, or a while" 🤣
What roofing company did you buy from? I am doing my DIY roofing project soon.
Is the metal roof a color or just gray?
Oh, thank goodness! I've been worried about how late it's getting and still no roof. That's normal with mobile home siding. There's nothing behind the metal but studs and insulation. We will re-side the home someday.
@@sam-and-angela whew, good to know you were safe! 🥰
What will you do with your sheds when you move?
We're working on a dedicated video to show-n-tell about their futures. :)
Amen Sam I hate sweating
Let them be boys. Empty nester here. Mine are adults now. Trust me, you will miss these days hearing them have fun.
The high in Fargo, ND was 29 degrees today. I had to put on a hoodie to go grocery shopping.

I was wondering ❓❓❓❓😳
