I don’t think Fuji should be worried… yet. But if this convinces Sony and canon to start doing retro bodies and lenses to match then they’ll have a little to worry about.
Fuji still won't have to worry. The beauty of having a fuji camera is not needing to export raws and edit them to get beautiful looking photos. Their film sims are way ahead of everyone else.

Black and white without editing. All camera's make b+w pictures cause they can't see color. The color picture we see is ALLWAYS generated by the camera
I think you've completely missed the point. Irrespective of how the camera collects the data needed to produce a colour image, the standard output of most cameras is a colour image, which you then have to manually convert to B&W. This camera allows you to output in B&W straight out of the camera so that you don't need to do any additional work to it.
@TomCalton Even my d600 does that only I need to go into the menu and change settings. So yes the switch is nice but more camera's have this option hidden. When making raw/nef pictures always set your display to b+w you will see so much more details on the screen than in color.

that's cool to have a modern camera in a retro housing! I was wishing for something like that when I was still using an AE-1 after DSLRs were around.
