About this channel: We are the Smith's. A family of 5, living in the country just outside of Georgetown, Texas. Granger, a touring country music singer, Amber, an actor and stay at home mom, and their children: London, Lincoln and River.

I started to watch your sweet baby name reveal then stopped to make supper for my husband and watch the only thing I watch on television, NCIS Tuesday at 7. I came to bed to watch a few Christian programs, when it dawned on me I hadn't heard the baby's name. I adore Maverick Beckham Smith. I love you all in Christ. Sending each of you a virtual hug.

Maverick is such a special name! I don’t have human kids...only dog kids. My border aussie’s name is Maverick! He is protective, gentle and loving. I’m sure this baby boy will be too!❤️

I love Maverick Beckham Smith. If you go to Podcast can you put outdoor scene as background with the windchimes. The windchimes is so calming when Amber shares on Sunday morning. I love starting my Sunday with Arise with Amber, and the windchimes just makes it even more special.

I was just sharing about y’all’s story, with River and how no matter what GOD puts y’all through, y’all always have this Faith and you aren’t afraid to let your faith show! And you share your faith with others!! And when I shared your story with my insurance transportation driver, and how I came across y’all on RUclips a little over a year ago and how I fell in love with your family, he instantly had to check out Grangers music so he could share it with his wife when he got home!! I can’t wait to see the new baby!! I love no matter what y’all go through you always manage to have such great faith!!

My Daughter Karah was born on my Angel son’s birthday July 12, 8 years apart . his name is Kellen, so we gave her his name for her middle name “Karah Kellen” what a nice ring to it! She is so honored . She is now 28 soon .. I love the name you picked!
We lost our son on July 19,1986 our granddaughter was born July 19, 2007
Love the ceiling and exposed beams in the front room. I grew up in a home with them as well as a brick fireplace and full mantle. Thr Blanket flowers and tropical Milkweed flowers look like a Butterfly dream come true. So excited for you guys!
I always am so proud of London, she is ready to touch or pet all kind of animals/critters. As my mom in love used to say grab it and growl, not sure what the growl was about but maybe that you had it in your hands. 😂 The crawdads brought back so many fun memories. We had what we called a ditch between our house and the neighbors. My daddy taught me to take a long piece of string, tie a bolt onto the bottom and then tie some raw bacon on. I would drop it into their hole. I can’t tell you how many I caught as a kid to teenager. It was so much fun. I never ate them, 😝 I would let them go. Lincoln looked so handsome with his haircut. Your home is SO BEAUTIFUL. The ceiling in your living space turned out absolutely beautiful. I really like it when the two of you sit down with us and talk. So to answer your question, it’s a yes for me for you two to keep doing this. I’m so happy, thankful and excited for baby Maverick Beckham to get here and we’ve never met. My goodness, truly y’all are both glowing. ❤️ I love how you chose his name and the meaning behind it. 💙 Thank you so much for sharing his name with us. I know for me personally, I haven’t heard anyone name their baby that. I love seeing these kids in the Creek. My daughter caught a crawfish last year and she named him Ryan Upchurch 🤣
We use to tie backn on a string to catch crawdads
We usually let the kids catch them with their hands or a net. It helps them strengthen their reflexes and they usually spend alot of time trying to catch them so it keeps them occupied. 😂

I can respect a podcast but just so you know, the wind, the chimes, the trees, the dogs, the weather...it adds to the charm of arise with amber. It has a different feel to it; in nature, a gem amongst chaos.
