@@SerreVid-dt8sm Thanks for asking it's a long story I will try to sum it up fast. I did a dangerous surgery to my heart that had 50% chance of death, it was successful and I survived by a miracle but I wasn't in a good state, I got a lot of issues after the surgery including extremely low heart rate, low oxygen, lungs swellins etc. I couldn't move at all with 20 bpm, slightest move and I'm completely exhausted so after three weeks I did another surgery a simple one to fix hear rate issue (they implemented a device called pacemaker that control my heartbeat) after that I did 4 surgeries during 1 year and a half to fix all issues. (All surgeries are between 2020 - mid 2021) these times felt like hell and even now I have heart failure, but I'm really thankful that I'm still alive
He literally died inside when he had slider break. His heart beat was only 38 at one moment, that is not normal. xd
i think it is when you’re asleep. apple watch shows my rate at around 40 when sleeping

the heart rate monitor is not reliable lol dont take any of that at face value, routinely goes to like 30 bpm randomly or spikes and dips
it creeped down to 38, pretty certain it wasn't accurate lol
I think it fell off or something there because if you have 30 bom as your heart rate at all you’re in trouble.

You can see when he was holding the combo, it went up to 140 and when he eventually broke, it plummeted. It's so interesting to see cause it also happens to me as well. Like holding a really good combo, you get nervous af and when you break you just kinda don't care at that point.

So I have a pacemaker to help my heartbeat beat at a normal pace. Without it, my heartbeat would be around 40bpm. I've tried to be down here multiple times during tests. It feels a lot like that dizziness you get when you stand up too fast, but constantly.
