some suppliers have great technicians and some think changing our every part or buying a new chair is the fix . Sometimes purchasing a new mobility scooter or power chair could be cheaper. Manufactures do discontinued chairs, which can make getting parts very hard after so many years or even once they run out so sometimes changing the chair out is necessary. This customer had a financial issues which luckily, we were able to determine the issue and fix the power chair without making a recommendation of changing out modular joystick motors, that would of had him back in the store for more service or us trying to sell him a new chair. If your having problems with your power chair or scooter, the problem usually with the batteries or just a little TLC. Send me pictures or description of your issue to [e-mail]
