2013 Mazda MX Club Edition Miata
    Why This Vehicle is Special
The 2013 Mazda MX Club Edition Miata we have here at Skyway Classics is fun to drive, has precise steering and handling, a smartly designed soft and hard top, and low price with low operating costs.
Ours had a slight styling refresh up front along with a new Club trim that replaces last year's Touring model.
Inspired by the British roadsters of some four decades ago, the 2013 Mazda MX Club Edition Miata has won over legions of driving enthusiasts since its introduction in 1990.

    Mechanical
Powering our 2013 Mazda MX-5 Miata is a 2.0-liter inline-4 engine that produces 158 horsepower with the optional six-speed automatic transmission and 140 pound-feet of torque.
In testing these Miata’s sprinted from a standstill to 60 mph in a quick 6.9 seconds. Fuel economy is EPA-estimated 22 mpg city/28 mpg highway and 25 mpg in combined driving.
The engine pulls willingly and revs freely. It's a delightful instrument to play and it sits in a clean and detailed engine compartment.
The MX-5 Miata still changes direction like a roller skate and speaks to you clearly through the steering wheel and driver seat.
With a lowered top and an open road, Mazda's roadster has few equals when it comes to sheer entertainment.
    Interior
The black twin bucket seat cockpit offers richer furnishings than before, along with more storage. The power hardtop can be raised or lowered from the driver seat in a matter of seconds.
The Club trim adds 17-inch wheels with high-performance tires, sporty front and rear fascia treatments, black exterior trim, a shock tower brace for the front suspension, cruise control, remote keyless entry, unique interior trim, a trip computer and steering-wheel-mounted audio controls.
    Exterior
The exterior is a silver paint job that is also in great condition and looks great in both natural and artificial light, has a black lower side stripe, and rides on the grey factory 10-spoke wheels with black sidewall radial tires and looks nice either with the black top up or down.
    Conclusion
The 2013 Mazda MX-5 Miata Club Edition maintains its position as one of the best roadsters ever built, with equal parts fun and refinement in a compact and affordable package.
The Miata offers Japanese reliability and build quality and is prized for its go-kart-like handling, quick-dropping top and timeless styling.
