its easy - you push the tendons around the elbow. Its to do with pressure points in the arm

It's as simple as push his elbows UP while he lifts you. That way you're prying his forearm, and he won't notice if you force his attention on your eyes.

I knew this because i was listening my science lesson attentively while most of the back benchers hide the desk with their books and lie down and fall asleep

That's incorrect. How it actually works is that they are pushing off the lifter's arms, as in, pushing their body away from the lifter's. What this essentially does it create two force vectors, one going up from the lifter and one going sideways, meaning that the resultant vector is going outwards diagonally. What this means is that instead of going directly up, they go outwards and up, and that is the crux of the whole trick, because the further away their center of gravity is from the lifter (or the larger the moment arm is), more torque will be applied going downwards against the lifter's arm, and even a little increase in the moment arm results in a large increase in the amount of torque applied and the effective weight on the lifter, so essentially, the harder they try to lift the person up, the harder is is to lift them.
Now, that does not mean you can't beat the trick. One way I can think of is to pull them in as close as possible, ideally with a slight jerk so that they have a moment going inwards while quickly squatting down as low as possible and using your quads, which are much stronger, to lift them. You can actually see the guy do this successfully on the second try, plus, for some reason dynamo was pushing from underneath the lifter's forearm instead of usually from above, which meant that it ended up working against him when the lifter curved his arms inward. Alternatively, you could try to snap you elbows in quickly to try to shake off their hands and lift them before they react, but they they would know that you know about the trick.

Wrong. Its the sensors in his elbow that go to his brain. It has nothing to do with support and strength and everything to do with how our bodies work
