So if anyone wants to make a set with this damage output, you could swap out pierce up for repeat offender. If my calculations are correct, a lv3 shot plus two true shots have an EFR of 1249 with Mai's set and 1245 with repeat offender instead of pierce up.

Probably so the power shots count as level 4 (since they're a level higher than the original charge shots) and it's probably more time efficient to charge to level 3 then do 2 power shots.
Ehh I think its more like I needed a different set and the set rustrazor uses wasnt optimal otherwise its still a very good bow just maybe not in this instance

Necessary no, but the increase is better compared to more crit due to level 4 charge multiplier.

It is not necessary to load up on this bow, you can trade for tenderizer and shorten the time
