    Nice old Committee you have there. I have one of the first ones made in Kenosha when Ramirez was building Committees from left over Elkhart parts and the no2 Mandrel that made the journey to Wisconsin from Indiana. It's identical to an Elkhart Horn but has a 5" Bell with the same Taper as the Martin made horns. I call it my "Super Committee" it has a huge sound but still retains the 'Smoky' Committee timbre. It was custom made for Miles and presented to an Aussie trumpet player in 1971 and brought home to Australia. I got it around 1998 and played it around Melbourne for years. They are great horns.

    I thought for sure that you were going to tell me that fries with the Coney dog will bring a flat instrument in tune.

      You can use any tuner that has "chromatic" in it's name or description
