    Hello 4th year Medical student, I believe it is also important in the diagnosis of psoriasis to examine the nail involvement of the disease for staging the arthritis involvement. Thank you. Great video

      Cheers for the Video clip! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Quawen Card Cadaverine (probably on Google)? It is a good one off guide for uncovering the technique to kiss goodye to eczema minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my mate at last got cool success with it.

    I liked the video but I don't think those lesions doesn't seem to be like Psoriasis we usually dont see crusting and erosions in psoriasis unless he have any methotrexate toxicity or secondary infections

    AT 1 MIN THATS ACANTHOSIS NIGRICANS NOT VITILIGO MATE

    • @robstewart2388
      @robstewart2388 5 лет назад +3

      It is a bad image image, but if you look at the peripheral area of the picture you can see the normal skin colour. Looking like vitiligo with central sparing, rather than acanthosis nigricans

      Also the borders on the lesions are more well-demarcated in vitiligo, as in the picture in comparison to acanthosis nigricans.
