So glad Observer of Myths is getting its day in the spotlight. Carried me to a couple of 12 win arena runs earlier this year and now has the tools to show itself off properly in Constructed.
This set is so good, for the first time ever, I've built almost every class because the cards are so fun to play and Beast Hunter is gonna 100% be my next build!
@@CJFantyea that isn’t smart. I’ve been playing UUB control Plagueknight and it’s been doing well against beast hunter decks but the UUF version just folds to it
I think the DK in that last game had another spell that dealt damage to enemy minions in hand, and only after blasting their Primus did they realise it can't target their own minion. You could see them hovering, trying to target it. That, or they miscalculated and thought that first spell would kill it
am I wrong or wasnt it lethal with the second R.C. Rampage at 1:47? one Dog gets to fill up the board and all Dogs get +5/+5? Edit: only the newly summoned get the buff as seen in the next matchup
In the last game, my assumption is that them hitting the elusive taunter off the first excavate made them feel safe enough to change their line and try to hold Primus for another turn.
Both those other two are much MUCH better than burning 6. Go from 4 cards to 10? Get a 9/9 which can immediately attack and kill a frog? Both of those actually help you win the game.
Missed lethal at 30:55. Should have rushed at least one wyrm into the 6/6, would have guaranteed 1 more face damage. Then on subsequent turns had lethal with Kill Command.
i think i will personnaly put corridor sleeper instead of Aggramar & Barak just cause a lot of token minions die in this deck and it could be pretty good with Bunny stomper too. For draw and value there is just hemet and ball of spider's + patchwork pals witch seems enought value allready to me.
The "costs (1) less for each minion" and "give minions +1/+1" Zilliax combo seems really really good Edit: RC Rampage seems crazy, too - 4 mana for between 12-24 power worth of stats
begining of fresh meta with small card pools aggro is usually just better due to consistency, control does better later in a meta with more cards available and the gameplay learned from a whole season of aggro

It does say it does one damage then repeats for each beast you control, Kibler just kept counting his beasts while forgetting the initial 1 damage.

This is a fantastic case of everyone forgetting how to play against Hunter
What are you supposed to do against unending full boards of minions. The opponents even had board clears and it didnt matter.

Does RC Rampage only work on the hounds summoned that spell or is it Hounds in general? Could the stack buff apply to the previous hounds?

31:47 missed potential lethal. Could have played the 2 beasts in your hand and tried to hit them with location and the 5 damage spell+hero power
